About us
We're two brothers — Sam and Joe — with young families, both renovating our homes and amazed at how hard, complicated, and expensive it is to order decent windows: eye-watering prices, quotes that take weeks (and are done over the phone!), and a market that seems designed to stop you understanding what you are actually buying.
The more we explored, the more we found brilliant people running fantastic workshops, making beautiful timber windows, at prices that put the big names to shame. So we built the business we'd wanted as customers, in partnership with those workshops.
Joe spent his career in procurement and consulting — which is to say he's professionally incapable of overpaying for things. Sam is a former startup COO who has scaled hospitality and e-commerce businesses across the UK. Between us: someone who knows how to buy well, and someone who knows how to build things that work.
